I see it is on MLS and there is no mention of an auction in the property description. It looks like they are trying to sell it the traditional way. Are you interested in seeing it?

It wasn't in the auction? 4015 Roberts Point? A little blurb about the owner Thomas Eggers was even mentioned in the newspaper and that the house was up for auction. Was just wondering what happened.

I would not characterize this market as a disaster. While I don't work the market daily Miami might be considered a disaster.
