Fractional Ownership

Here is an article from the Sarasota Herald Tribune about fractional ownership. It is not really a new idea. You won't find too many of them in Southwest Florida. However, that will probably change in the future. Fractional ownership is used often in Colorado due to the high real estate prices. I get a call every now and then from someone looking for fractional ownership. I think it is a pretty good idea. It allows someone to enjoy a beachfront getaway without having to spend as much.
