How long was it on the market?

It was on the market a few weeks. The owner wanted to sell it and not sit on it. He priced it to sell.

Off topic here but ... any chance you can update the inventory figures for October, November, and December ?
It helps for future reference to able to look back over time and compare the figures.

On a different note, I find it interesting that the notion of predicting when the bottom will occur for the RE market has pretty much gone by the wayside (aside from Hank Fishkind).
It seems people have now resigned itself to the fact that this situation isn't going to turn around anytime soon. That said, I still see prices for many homes egregiously overpriced.
