It would be nice to know the numbers from the first auction.
A "shot across the bow" was fired some weeks ago on the Michael Saunders blog regarding the auction. We have yet to see any reply on roffersreport.com

I don't know if Chad will respond to the Michael Saunders comments. He may not see a point to bantering back and forth.
There has been more RE broker reciprocal love recently on this site than ever before.
Signs of a further panic forthcoming in the months ahead ?
